We all do better, together.
Helping you do your best work is what we do best.
Make it stand out
Cheerleader. Coach. Family Member. Neighbour. Lifelong learner. I am all of these. My work is grounded in my university practice and training in Sport Psychology. Having a deep theoretical understanding of the mental skills and practices that lead to high performance, I spent years working alongside actual high level athletes, doing a lot of really impressive things. My Masters level education in Public Health Policy gave me a deep understanding of the trade offs between individuals and collective health. In fact, it left me a bit disheartened. How do we focus on the individual, when there truly is so much “health” to tackle. I found my home in the startup community - a group of go-getter do-it-yourself-ers who don’t take no for an answer. I bring my whole self, my foundational knowledge in human health sciences, public health and community. I am a coach but I am also a business professional. I can live in the forest and in the trees. Understanding public health policy helps me understand the everyday tradeoffs between building up people, and building up businesses. Sometimes we need to do one, sometimes the other. But always both.
I know who I am. And I know that helping others do their best work is truly what I do best.
